My children chewed on the rubber/plastic thumbsticks of my basic Xbox One controller. In this video I show the process to safely disassemble the controller and replace the thumbsticks. This process took me about 15 minutes in real time.


In the video I show a set of tools that I purchased that help make the job easier and result less damage to the pieces. You can buy this screwdriver set at Amazon at the link below. I do recommend the tool set, or a similar one. Additionally a pair of tweezers is very helpful.
