For the 22nd anniversary of Thunder Force IV, I decided to plaster the intro & title screen with the SNES cover I finished earlier today, along with some sounds used from the following:

Mega Man X2 - Violen Energy Pellets
Mega Man X2 - Violen Exploding
Starfox - Arwing Booster

Samples used in this track are from Mega Man X, X2 & Super Street Fighter II. This intro theme uses a max of 12-14 voices (roughly less than 7 channels, since it utilizes stereo), and this is with all the extra stuff added! There is also some decent room for sound effects, which is why I used the cover along with the original intro. Overall, I think this came out quite well.
