This is a short excerpt from TimeShift's 2006 original concept demo(the game got completely remade for its 2007 release) - and I still remember being quite astounded by how much fun a simple time reverse or time stop mechanics could add to a rather simplistic shooter back in the day... The final release was far from perfect, but it was certainly coming from an era of videogame development that was more adventurous and high concept based(yes I'm aware of the irony of this title also predating the “dark times” between 2008 and 2013 where most games looked like a quickly stapled up UE3-based clone of Gears Of War)...
