After entering the mines, we decided to go and talk to the Dwarves who have started their own anti-wizard group that were going to stand up and try and attack him. Unfortunately for us, Brick was our negotiator since he rolled the highest value and, well, you know how Brick can be sometimes. After talking to him, we stumble upon a rather odd looking Wizard (not the evil one but a more robotic one, if you will) as well as a magically-locked door. Things can never just go right for us it seems.
