Tips & Tricks (FOR MACS ONLY)!
1Some tips and tricks to help your Mac get out of those icky problems that you may experience with your computer. This tutorial will be able to make the ball of death (spinning colored ball) go away, make your computer more responsive, and more snappier!
Here's How:
1) Open up Activity Monitor (watch the video if you don't know what Activity Monitor is or how to open it)!
2) Go to System Memory once you have Activity Monitor opened up (if you're CONFUSED, WATCH THE VIDEO)!
3) Once you're there, look at your free amount of RAM available and then look at your "Swap Used" area. If you're "Swap Used" is ABOVE 0 bytes, and your free RAM is low (for example, 20 MB), then you need to RESTART your computer!
4) Once you have restarted your computer, go back to Activity Monitor, then to System Memory, look at your free amount of RAM available and your "Swap Used" area and see if there's a difference! Most of the time, there is!
