After that long and tedious side quest to get Onix, and the others, I finally made my way to Cerulean City! As you can see, I stopped doing the bridge fight almost half way because I recalled in the first Pokemon Generation, Yellow, Blue, and Red, when your Pokemon reached Level 20 without the the Cascade badge, they will stop obeying you. Seeing how Pikachu was going to become level 20, I was hesitant to accidentally "over level." I guess this game is different! I was really worried when Pikachu hit level 20 and I still had to beat Misty! Apparently, the Cascade Badge will only affect traded Pokemons to obey you from levels 20-30, but I might be wrong. At least, that's how I understood Misty's speech.
