OMG TO THE MOON. Some hilarious stuff, some shocking stuff, some sad stuff...!! All over the place this episode. The game really has picked up and we pretty much rocket toward the ending at this point :)

We laugh! We cry!! TO THE MOON!!!!

Spoilers below:

For some reason, we can't get John to want to become an astronaut and go to the moon, so our scientist friends go through some hilarity to try to convince him throughout his memories.

But we eventually find out that there is a reason -- John's memory was effectively broken as a child -- after the death of his twin brother Joey, he received a ton of beta blockers (probably somehow given by his mother, who seems to become unstable after accidentally killing him).

After finding this out, we use the ultimate power of roadkill to unlock Johnny's childhood, where we find out that even all the way back then, he met River. This fateful encounter will be the secret to unlocking Johnny's need to go to the moon, but that's for next episode!
