General Wildlands Tips – Did You knows

1. Hold in B while swimming to go under water to remain undetected

2. You can get info from civilalians

3. You can call in Rebel Support Skills from the drone

4. Going prone will help you avoid detection

5. Make sure to pickup the bonus medals in a provence -

6. When entering a new provence – only get the intel for the missions you’re working on: rebel ops, rebel support, or skills points


Side Missions – Resources for Upgrading

A) Grab Airplane

Tip 1 - Scan the area and Mark the pilot for a sync shot to take out

Tip 2 - Make sure to walk in to the area to avoid detection (your AI
squad mates will tell you when your near enemies)

Tip 3 - If there is a SAM – deactivate the generator
 You can deactivate the generator by shooting the light near the off switch on the front panel AND you can aslo use the EMP drone. However, with the EMP drone it will put the enemies on alert.
 If you do get targeted by a SAM left and right in an “S” pattern to dodge them.

Tip 4 - Launch a rebel assault just before grabing the aircraft

Tip 5 - If you’re playing SP - Your squad mates will respawn in your vehicle if you leave them behind


Stop convoy

Tip 1 – If you have the Rebel Support Drop-Off skill to level 3, use a helicopter to get close to the convoy (stay out of detection range). Land and then call in an armored vehicle to take down the convoy.

Tip 2 - Press up on D-pad to have your AI squad mates fire.

Tip 3 - Even if the truck is on fire or blows up – if you go up to it and press X the mission will still count.

Tip 4 - Shooting out the tires doesn’t seem to work – just end up damaging the truck

Capturing Lieutenants or HIV targets

Tip 1 - Have a vehicle ready if he gets spooked and takes off

Tip 2 – You can use the EMP drone to disable any vehicles near the HIV location. However, EMP will put him on alert and cause him to flee.

Tip 3 - The Distraction Rebel Support skill will spook him

Tip 4 - Be care using the thermal vision – I have more than once killed the HVT by accident

Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Wildlands tips forSync Shot

Tip 1 - Invest in the skill to get 3 sync shots

Tip 2 - Eliminate the guard towers/elevated positions first

Tip 3 - You can shoot the ground or the alarm box and your squad mates will eliminate their targets

Tip 4 - When trying to capture an air plane or helicopter – mark the pilot for a sync shot so they don’t take off with your plane

Assaulting a base

Tip 1 - Scan thoroughly and mark first
 If you have it upgraded – you can use the Rebel Support Spotting for marking.
• You can call in Rebel Support Skills with the drone
• If they have a jammer you can still scan and mark the base using your binoculars – if possible mark the generator and deactivate.

Tip 2 - Dispatch elevated enemies first (target guard towers)

Tip 3 - Next dispatch ground level guard posts the stragglers.
 The distraction grenade works pretty well for drawing them out.

Tip 4 - Shoot out Alarms (you can see there flashing box near the top) Note – any shot will trigger your sync shots
 You can also de-activate alarms by disabling or destroying the generator.
• You can disable the generator by sniping the light that is located on the front panel near the off switch.

Tip 5 – You can shoot out lights

Tip 6 - If you shoot and miss (especially with a sniper rifle) base will be put on alert.

Tip 7 - Upgrade your binocular skill – later in the game you’ll run into jammers that won’t allow you to use your drone.

Tip 8 - Sometimes it’s just easier sneaking in and sneaking out

Tip 9 - If detected – call in Guns for Hire to either help eliminate the bases hostiles or give you the time to retreat/run away

Tip 10 - If detected – drop a mortar on the generator to disable SAM, Alarms, and lights
