The biggest changes made in the 2.3.0 patch for warhammer III is the Tomb King units Ledership nerf which is quite significant and it'll take out the fun out them moving forward. Tomb Kings play very differently and you need to increase the capacity for most of the units and having reduced leadership for lot of their units is quite a big nerf for them as they'll start to crumble lot sooner now. Hopefully, they changes will be rolled back as this is not great for them.
