What's going on guys? This is VinylicPuma, back with another Borderlands 2 Countdown video and today, I figured I'd go over 10 of what I think are among some of the Best, Coolest or just Funniest Non Playable Characters that you can encounter in this game. In this video, I'll be going over some of my favorite NPCs that are either just Funny and in a few cases, can actually give the player Weapons to use during their playthrough!
