I list my top 10 reasons why I think backwards compatibility needs to be a feature for Sony / Microsoft moving forward with the next gen consoles. What's your opinion on backwards compatibility? Do you think next gen consoles will be 'fully' compatible with all gen discs, region free, without a paywall? Will we be able to just pop in any disc and play our older games without any limits or 'select' titles like the Xbox One's version of backwards compatibility? Or will Sony and Microsoft blow us away with new tech that allows total compatibility for all gen discs, region free?
