Originally, I was going to discuss my top 5 favorite mechanics/features of board games to celebrate the holidays, being thankful.
Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away a week ago and, over the weekend making new videos, I thought about the good times that I had over the years with both her and my grandfather.
Frequently I would think about how frequently we all would play games together, whether it was chess with my grandfather or Scrabble with the whole family, it was always a wonderful experience that, obviously, I still remember to this day.
In many ways, gaming has shaped my life - from the way I think and analyze things to the ways I interact with other people, and even simply how I have met, and stayed close with, many of my friends.
Gaming is an amazing experience and I hope that it is a passion that can be shared amongst friends and family this holiday season, and year round as well.
