#5. Connor Kenway early concept art print. This print was issued by UbiWorkshop. It was not available for retail sale. It was, instead, given as a gift to customers that purchased a hoodie from UbiWorkshop.com, and that had their orders delayed for months on end. Basically, the print served as a means of compensation for the extreme shipping delays.

#4. Corbonox Ratchet & Clank Maquette. This sculpture was made exclusively for Insomniac staff members. I believe that only slightly more than 400 of these were made. They're pretty tough to come by since they were made only for Insomniac staff; but they're not impossible to find.

#3. The Last of Us 20"x30" signed giclee print. This print is 1 of only 40 made. It's believed that about half of the 40 prints are in the hands of fans, and the other half are still in the possession of Naughty Dog. It's quite possible that Naughty Dog will keep its copies for its own staff.

A mini poster version of this art does exist as well, with an edition size of 3,000 total pieces; but the mini poster pales in comparison to the full size print featured in the video. The mini poster is printed on cheaper paper and the printing process was very basic, so the fidelity of the artwork is nothing compared to the fidelity of the full size print.

The piece was illustrated by artist That Kid Who Draws. Check out his Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/tkwdart

#2. BioShock Infinite Murder of Crows Vigor Bottle. There are only 400 of these in existence. Only a small portion of the 400 bottle are signed. Only a handful of these were ever sold to the public. Most of the bottles were handed out as gifts to members of the press, Irrational staff, friends & family of Irrational staff, and to a few lucky fans. The bottle is of the highest quality. I don't know what material it's made of primarily, but it feels like polystone, or some other comparable material. The paint job is second to none as well. The bottle actually has liquid inside, adding to the overall quality and realism of the piece.

#1. First4Figures Altair (crouching) figure. This is widely considered to be one of the most sought after pieces of Assassin's Creed memorabilia. Little is known about the piece, other than the fact that it was manufactured by First4Figures. Most people believe that this piece was never available for retail sale, and that it may be limited to as few as 100 pieces.

Again, though, no one knows for sure how many of these exist. I've heard that they were, in fact, sold through an online retailer, but I really have no way of knowing for sure whether it was ever actually sold.

Some people believe that this figure was supposed to be a pre-order bonus for the first AC game; but that at some point that idea was scraped. When that idea died, production of the figure halted, leaving only a precious few fully manufactured figures.

Whatever the case may be, there is no denying the fact that this piece is rare and very much desirable. Pieces like these don't come around often, which is why this is my #1 find of 2012.

Thanks for watching and reading everyone! Take care.
