5s instead of 3s on weighted pistols because my joints needed a break from progressing the weight so often. 5s on nordics up to the 10lb band. Focused on touching the thighs to the bench. Some ridiculously heavy band work for core as active rest between. Ended with sissy squats for 5s with the only rest between sets being switching the bands out: 40, 30, 20, & 10 lb assistance to stretch and demolish the quads. Founders poses to finish (not filmed).
