The first Torchlight game was a favorite on the Totally Rad Show because it delivered the tried and true isometric action and loot-palooza of the classic Diablo series, but at a low price point and with a bunch of innovations that improved the formula - not the least of which was pets. Now, in the same year that Diablo 3 returned that franchise to greatness, Torchlight 2 aims to expand its own. Does the game pale in comparison to Blizzard's juggernaut, or is it an affordable alternative that should not be missed? Jeff, Dan, and Alex have the lowdown.
