*Fool's Crown isn't as good as Fiend's Crown due to how much Crit Chance you get from Lucky. And it's way cheaper as well. Fiend's Crown seems better in most cases unless you got crazy gear with all T1 stuff including crit chance on every gear slot.

By the way, the Chaotic Ring purpose is the 20% chance to trigger agility blessing when walking.
It's +24% Movespeed. No need to look at other chaotic modifiers.
