It is possible! Celeron to Pentium 4M. Just documenting my findings.

The processor I used is a SL6J5 but I assume any of the similar series of 4M chips will work, all of the 400mhz socket 478 ones. This seemed to be the most available model on eBay, the sweet-spot if you will for cheap price and only a few hundred MHz slower than the max.
