If touch id is not working on iphone 7 / iphone 7 plus your going to want to
1. Try restarting your iphone to see if it starts working again (this can work if there is an overheating issue)
2. Make sure there is no sweat or liquid on your fingers or the home button (also make sure its not sticky as well)
3. Make sure your not lifting your finger too quickly otherwise it might not register fast enough
4. If your using a case or screen protector that covers the home button take it off
5. If your still having issues try re registering touch id with your finger (you may have not registered it correctly in the first place which would be causing the error)
