Sure, lower framerate makes game easier, but it also makes it extremely tedious and feels like that one time I cut my arm with weirdly sharp branch at a forest: basically pain and suffering with no proper ways of stopping it.

To launch Touhou on mobile, you need Winlator or Exagear Windows Emulator, I suggest going for Winlator. Also, if you're using phone with Mali GPU, or just a weak phone, go for Winlator Bionic for performance boost.

But yeah, if you want to play touhou on the go... don't play it on phone, just buy one of those UMPC devices instead! I'm sure newer ones should have no issues running games, and even older ones with Intel GMA iGPUs should be fine with 1-2nd windows era generation games as long as they have Intel GMA 950.
