A desolate place, filled with nothing but countless stones of varying sizes.
This was where the ghosts of children who passed away at a young age worked to pile up stones.
You certainly couldn't call it a comfortable place.

Reimu: "Guess I've got no choice but to go through here to reach Hell, huh...?"

The animal spirit that was supposed to be accompanying her didn't respond.

Reimu: "Mind saying something? Anything?"

After the animal spirit possessed Reimu, it hadn't spoken another word.

Reimu: "Well, whatever. I'll figure things out once we get to Hell, anyway."

Animal spirits had been coming from the world beyond, crossing the Sanzu River one after another.
Somehow or another, the animal spirits seemed to be trying to take over Gensokyo by force.
The animal spirit possessing Reimu claimed to have been residing in Gensokyo, as a traitor
to its fellow animal spirits in Hell. It wanted to travel to Hell with a human, and stop
the spirits' invasion of Gensokyo.

She didn't know whether it was telling the truth or not.
But it was a fact that animal spirits were invading Gensokyo en masse.
Reimu chose to borrow the animal spirit's power and venture into Hell.

As the stage is considered, it’s the same as usual. Your goal is mainly just to grab as many [P] as possible to get you shot power up quick as you can. Though it is a good chance to experiment and see the end results of the different Berserk Roaring Modes.

As a mid-boss Eika’s nothing really to worry about. The attack’s short and she ends up shooting very few bullets down at you. However you get a bonus reward for beating her without destroying any of the spirits shooting at you that are around her.

As a boss she’s also not too bad, though has a couple surprises if you’re not careful. Important to remember that her bullets spawn pillars of bullets in her second spell card and additional bullets get left behind the initial wave on her third spell card. Both issues however can be avoided by hanging out in the bottom middle and won’t really pose a problem unless you get flashy.
