I just pulled this one last night. This game was harder than i expected, not a complaint, i definetly welcome the difficulty. Anyways, i really loved to play this game in hard, it really felt like a challenge. I have one problem tho, and that is the RNG, it kinda makes the game feel unpredictable in sometimes, like i had some Cirno fights that were harder than Patchy just because Perfect Freeze simply said "no".
Remilia is hard, like really i think this was one of the hardests final boss i've fought in the series ihave trouble with almost every pattern she threw at me, but is manageable (Even if i bombed 3/4 of her spells) with no exception, my favourite being "Scarlet Meister" (Spell i almost captured). Also, i found funny i couldn't capture any of Remilia's spells but "Scarlet Gensokyo" since it's like the hardest spell in the game. As a last note, i kinda don't like Sakuya's bossfight, beause of the rng and bullet type she uses, sometimes i just can't see the damned knives and is hard to tell their direction and hitboxes
