This is Yukari's first spellcard, Border of Form and Emptiness.
One of the most impressive spellcards when you encounter it at first, it is one of the few spellcards that actually force you to be able to take a shot at a few moments.
If you don't run for score, take shots during the double laser and defend during the bullets. Also, take care of your vertical position during the lasers : you can't keep up with them if you're charging too low. The spellcard then becomes really easy.
