By the way, Gamepress made a mistake when saying Mamizou's 1st gauge break would result in a Graze Block. They also made a mistake where Doremy using Yin ATK Buff. The video shows that it's actually Yin DEF Buff. Someone has reported it, so they probably will fix it in the future.

Two ways: Annihilate Seiga first then retreat and regroup, then pick off the other two gradually. Or, bring a massive team and nuke everything in sight in one run.

Do not let Seiga's immunity fools you; the immunity will wear off when you fully break the target, thus making them susceptible to damage of these elements again. So bringing these elements for breaking is still a good idea. And despite being the weakest in-terms of HP, Seiga is the most dangerous enemy as her ACC debuff can give you a hard time.

Doremy can be a bit of a pain because of her Yin DEF Buff so do try to bring your Yang Attackers. You can also try annihilating her before Mamizou as well. Mamizou's Graze Block can also be a pain, but if you don't use the good old Turn One Switcheroo, you are doing it inefficiently in the Tower. Well, unless you have Otohime's 3rd skill to cleanse it off, or you want to challenge yourself. I won't judge anyone on that.

In conclusion, if you don't have a decent roster, try picking each one at the time. The best path should be Seiga, Doremy and finally Mamizou. If you can nuke both Doremy and Mamizou after annihilating Seiga, go ahead, but only because Mamizou's 2nd Gauge lock isn't as big of a pain.
