With this given setup, Aya can (almost) easily sweep the Elite 3 (Kokoro being the only one she can't OHKO). So just in case, keep one or two sacrifices just in case you mess up, or Aya gets critted by Kokoro.

This will allow you to have three other reserve puppets for levelling (or if you want, five- but only three can benefit from faster levelling from the two Combat Handbooks and a Native Grace).

This won't let you defeat Shinki though- so just Gap back after Yumeko, heal up, and restart.
