Toushin Blazers Arcade
18Mark, Glen, Akira, and Gil are the four disciples of an old Chinese master of the martial arts. The master was killed, his scrolls stolen, and his daughter kidnapped. The Karate Blazers set out for revenge for their master, to save the daughter, and to recover the scrolls that unlock the secret techniques for the "Killing" blow.
Once players have selected their characters they play through 5 side-scrolling stages divided in 3 substages(beside stage for that has also two).
Players can attack enemies using a jump attack and a punch attack. If the jump and punch buttons are pressed together a super attack that does splash damage to multiple enemies will happen. If the super move is used players will burn a set amount of their health meter. Each character also has their own unique "special attack", to do it you need to press jump and then foward in a very fast sequence.
After beating three levels players will face a boss which has much higher health and stronger attacks than a normal enemy character.
If you are hit by a baddy then you lose part of your energy bar. When it empties you lose one of two lives. When you lose both lives it's game over but you can continue where you last die and you can choose another character.
