F70 - Pegasus has 90% Shock and allies heal for active. Kill it asap. Boss is immune to Seal and Action-inhibited skills (Stun/Shock/Crystalize), Sap, Taunt, Sea land SP Reduction. Basically, you can only use silence here on the boss. Just bring 1 Puncture/High DPS, and 3 Supports that have shield, zeal and Attack up.
