This is stage 1 of "What’s Beneath The Moon?" I try capturing that golden hour glow as day slowly slips into night. For track 2, I went for a jazz-inspired feel, maybe thanks to the mellow sound of the mute trumpet I featured throughout.
[Magu begins his journey through the forest as golden daylight slowly melts into the deep hues of sunset. Suddenly, a smooth, jazzy melody weaves through the trees...The sound seems familiar... That muted trumpet… Magu’s ears perk up. Wait..Could it really be... TOMY???
As curious as ever, Magu can’t help but sneak closer. He discovers Tomy, one of his fellow magicians, totally absorbed in his usual evening ritual. Playing the mute trumpet with that trademark mellow flair. Tomy’s always been passionate about music, especially when it comes to that trumpet. Of course, Magu can't resist stirring things up..He just has to play a harmless prank or two, bringing out Tomy’s more spirited side.. As always..]
For those who’ve been around a while, you might recognize the trumpeter. Yep, it’s no coincidence. He’s the very same character I first introduced two years ago for my 17th birthday (wow, time really flies… ;-;). Back then, I mentioned I was working on his theme song, but things got busy and I never quite felt the track was ready to share. Since then, I realize I've been improving up my music skills, and now I'm finally reworking his theme for Track 3. It’s coming soon, so stay tuned! ;]]
