Some strategically placed resistances on these guys...I didn't even notice the machete guy's immunity to SPD Down in particular until it was too late.

Fishing for Fire Bolt burns on machete man is a good idea, but I think supplementing that with Forte-boosted Stun Breaks is a reliable way to speed things along. In hindsight I probably should have had Wazy slow down the gunner. It is important to keep everyone's HP full at all times, an easy task as long as Lloyd and his chosen partner both have Tear. Failure to do so can lead to an untimely death to Flash.

It's a good end to the prologue; the buffs to basic arts and crafts + availability gives you multiple real options despite who you pick here. But this is the quality I've come to expect from this guy's mods.
