As more digging through into these games I have found data of Richard thanks to post years ago of someone mentioning he was in the game this person who had talked about it was none other than Sewer56 an old modder in the trails community who had retired through sometime ago in 2018 due to people and the way this "community" is all that was ever found was that Richard was indeed in the game but with my tenacity of endless searching I was able to come in a conclusion that sky SC the current one in steam and GOG is built upon old data from the previous windows disc version of sky 3rd as the psp and old pc disc of sky SC has no data whatsoever of Richard remotely being in the game not even in EVO as the more I went through I had learned that this is INDEED sky 3rd as the data of sky 3rd has Richard in this battle ID that Mueller has and Mueller in sky SC takes has his place changed up in a new slot for no reason and in SC Mueller has his version 2 crafts of Hound gale and Blade dancer and even then there was a planned Mirage end 2 and Ragna bind 2 that is in the data that suggest Mueller was gonna get insane amount of buff to his already op crafts in sky 3rd but went unused and with a little experimenting now Richard has his own crafts restored for SC and even better that all of Kloe's weapons will work on him meaning he is technically now fully playable hope you all enjoyed this nice little find that I was able to restore
