Pretty much copy and pasted from the Japanese fight. I'm 1 level lower than before but that shouldn't be a problem.
Kevin and Ries has Cast 1 while everyone also has Action 1. Both Kevin and Julia have Dark Matter (4 Space; 80 EP). Tita is the main healer with her craft while Ries is the back-up healer. Julia should buff everyone's SPD and STR with Attack Orders.
Phase 1:
Everyone should start using TIme arts to kill the minions. Move if they are in range of the attacks and heal when necessary. Once all the minions are down, bunch everyone together and use Grail Sphere. Now just normal attack the boss to death.
Phase 2:
Killed too quickly to be dangerous. Will cast Shadow Spear which has a chance of deathblow or Earth Lance. Ries or Julia can impede the attack.
Phase 3:
Use Dark Matter on the boss until they have no more EP. Then just normal attack the boss to death. It is crucial that Tita should heal during this phase since you cannot impede the boss. Ries can give CP to other people so they can maximize damage with their S-crafts.
