This is the "Rookie Balboa" run, which utilizes only rookies in order to beat the game on the highest difficulty. No Mods, permanent dark events and a lot of sacrifices will be needed to defeat the aliens.
Rookies only means:
No PCSs
Very limited Resistance operations
All chosen will remain alive
No skills
No extra talents
No Character Development
And above all .... Rookie Aim :/
