A train moving without engine. A major fault last night.Passenger was unknown to the fact that train is moving without engine and anytime accident may happened. Coaches of Ahmedabad-Puri express rolled down towards Kesinga side near Titlagarh y'day because skid-brakes were not applied. Coaches stopped by Railway staff by putting stones and bringing them to halt. All passengers safe. Two employees who didn't follow the engine shunting procedure have been suspended. Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Sambalpur has ordered a senior officer-level enquiry consisting of divisional heads of operating, safety, mechanical and civil engineering departments.
