This is a portion of the Long Island RailRoad 2.0 Multibranch Service. This was after a clean 23h2 install in a bid to see if I could get to the bottom of what was causing the stutters. Happily the stutters are not as frequent as before. Moved all the game folders to a new documents folder I created on the same SSD drive my games are stored on to see if it'd help. I wonted them away from onedrive as I suspect that it was interfering with the files causing the game to get mixed messages and possibly get some corrupted files thanks to onedrive syncing the documents folder on one of my other drives.
Please let me know if any of you have ever had to deal with this. Trust me, it can take a toll on you mentally.
