So I wanted to do something to help the folks that do not understand Frame
Data or may not have the Frame Data for their game yet.

There are varying levels of unsafe (unsafe and punishable, unsafe and unpunishable) and I showed players a way to determine how safe or unsafe a move is on block in the training room

Note: I called Velvet's Magic Erupt "Unsafe" mostly because it is defintely negative on block but you can use system mechanics to punish it. It is in most situations plus on block.
