For my second save here in FM21 I am doing my traditional Climbing the Ladder, Journeyman save. This one, however, is with a little twist. Or at least I hope it has a twist. I am a big fan of Marcelo Bielsa and his...let’s say, unique approach to managing. I want to do a journeyman where we assume the El Loco role in finding, taking and leaving jobs. Demanding things from boards can be fun as well. No telling where this one might take us. At the end of the day….what jobs get my attention enough to take and then keep my attention so I don’t walk out in the middle of the night.

We start off at Volyn Lutsk in the Ukranian Premier League where they have been a mid table club for some time, never challenging for the top spots.
