I realized I threw the disc so many times in this video. Oops. :P

So I wanted to try something new here. 4 minutes of the video is just explaining what I'm doing, but the review is actually half as long as my first one. I get in and diagnose this game real quick...much like you would do to someone as a doctor in an ER room, no? Hence the meaning behind the title.
