I'm finally playing a sequel to one of my favorite Wii games. I know next to nothing about the sequels to Trauma Center Second Opinion going into this. Clearly, after playing a couple missions, having XS ranked all missions in Second Opinion means nothing in the face of this game. This game makes a giant jump in difficulty. It does feature 2 player mode though, so maybe that has something to do with it. I can't promise that I will be maxing all the ranks, but I will see how far I can get.
