Here I bring you the theme of the final GUILT, Mutated Savato's theme from Trauma Center: Second Opinion.

This theme is my favourite one out of all of the OSTs of Trauma Center, and it's pretty much a bad thing when nobody arranged the themes in Touhou style, so I decided to do it myself.
