Delicious Vietnamese Food we had at a restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City/ Saigon.

First is Banh Khot: is a vietnamese rice pancakes cooked to crispy topped with shrimps, green onions and dried shrimp powder. The correct way to eat is with assorted herbs and vegetables wrap with lettuce and dip in traditional Vietnamese fish sauce.

Second: Banh Beo at 1:29 min in the video is rice flour steamed cake, topped with shrimp powder, green beans, green onions dip in traditional Vietnamese fish sauce.

Third: Bun Bo Hue Soup: is a central Vietnamese dish. The word "Hue" is a city in central Vietnam. Hue was the Imperial City of the Nguyen Dynasty emperors and the national capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945. However, lets go back to the food, the word: Bun means rice noodles, the word: Bo means beef or cow, and Hue: means (see above)... So the dish translate to Rice noodles with beef soup from Hue. Very tasty dish, you should try it, no words could explain this tasty dish. Yumm....

Finally: the Seafood Soup: assorted seafood with vegetables.
