I probably won't do a video playing Dogg Patrol (Play as Snoop Dogg), but here's how to unlock it:

For the GameCube version (I own this game for 2 different consoles but only my GameCube copy came with the instructions on how to unlock it)


1) Start the second episode in the game:
Episode II: Mean Streets
Mission 1: Cruising for leads

2) When Nick appears in the city, pause the game and select city map.

3) On the controller, press the following buttons in order: R, L, D-Pad Up, D-Pad Right, D-Pad Left, D-Pad Down, Z 2x, A, Y, X, Y.

4) You should hear a confirmation sound. IF NOT, do the entire series of buttons again until you hear the sound. After you've heard the confirmation sound, press the B button to back out and then unpause the game.

5) Walk into the garage next to Nick's starting position and the game will save.

6) When you are inside the garage, exit to the main menu.

7) Select resume game. If done correctly, Snoop Dogg's head should be in the upper left corner of the screen.

8) Select his head to play "Dogg Patrol".

9) Alternatively, you can find and collect all 30 Dogg Bones while free roaming to unlock it.
