True Fear: Forsaken Souls, Part One is the first part of a video game trilogy by French game developer Goblinz, headed by Dimmie Azu. It was originally released on Big Fish Games in the spring of 2014, and rereleased on Steam in the fall of 2016. The game is a hidden object, point and click, adventure, mystery horror game.
The game's main character, Holly Stonehouse, who is contacted by her long-lost twin sister after a decade. Holly tries to solve the mystery that connects her and her sister to the neighbor who gave their family the girls' childhood home; their mother's mysterious death when they were girls; a girl called Dahlia; and a mental asylum called Dark Falls, where a mass murder and fire had taken place years earlier.
