Whitehouse it is long so I don't mind if folks skip to the build, but that's what you're here for anyways. Armorer with a loud sniper for more stability makes sense to me, even though Contractor/silenced is better. The AKGEN21 can be replaced with higher damage SMG but wanted to showcase it.
