1In this episode of Crypt Of The NecroDancer, I try out a different character! This time, I go with the Bard. He's the perfect character for beginners that are looking to learn about the items in the games, the levels, and all the different monsters and bosses. Nothing moves until you do, and you can move whenever you like. There's no beat for you to follow. This allows you to focus on what's happening all around you, figuring out a strategy, and then going through with it. You get to stop and think for a second instead of constantly having to move. I used him to try and figure out the monsters in Zone 2, and to see if I could learn a few tricks about them before going in with the main character. He's also a great character to use to farm Diamonds with, as you are less likely to die, and therefore more likely to actually be able to collect a lot of Diamonds with.
