I've been wanting to try a push-pull shifter for absolute ages. Until very recently, there only was the Ascher Push-Pull shifter available, which was also discontinued. But somehow in 2023 not just one but two of these got released to market: First came the Simline shifter, next came the Sim-Lab shifter. I opted for the Sim-Lab shifter due to the neat quick release mechanic of it.
The shifting action is a bit weak for my liking, but its consistent and not very noisy, and it feels the same shifting in the middle of the paddle as compared to the upper or lower end of it, so thats good.
