After about an hour into the game, I gave up. What you're seeing is the summation. After the graboids show up, the quests just seem to be traps; at first, I thought that going to them would somehow make the graboids leave the immediate area, but it doesn't, which makes sense, given the movie. Wish you could play as Earl, too. Maybe future co-op?

I'm sure you guys can do better. The link to the game is the first line in the description! Why other YouTubers put it in the middle after their own merch/socials (or don't even bother) puzzles me. This indie game isn't on Steam, where all you have to do is type the name like the other ones I played; this one is on itch.io, and you can donate money right to the dev.
