So I tried this the other day last year and bloody hell, this is not DooM (1993) on DOS. At all. This is difficult with just a keyboard. Though I suck with a keyboard and mouse combination too, but in this case, this keyboard only thing is somewhat worse... And yes, this is the disc version I'm running, the interface should give that away.
EDIT: Woah, you people dislike this science experiment. Is it because I play the disc version? Aspect ratio not being 16:9? No "HD pack"? No mouse? No 1080p?

(I only have a disc version. Which is not 16:9, and I hate 16:9. I didn't have Blue Shift at the time of making this, which has the pack, and I still haven't installed the HD stuff. No mouse for the experiment. The highest res available with this game does not result 1080p recording, 720p is enough anyway.)
