With no leed up or actual explanation, TSR 3.5 has offed up a free(?) open-source rating system for TTRPG products that you can use to label your stuff and tell parents if it's G or XXX. I am not sure how TSR suddenly thinks they are the final judge of this or what using this label means legally.
As with everything TSR 3.5 has done in the last few years my opinion is NOPE
