It’s unfair to the opposite which we can’t control the damage numbers.

The Division 2 always has damage bug in PvP from 2019 to 2022. Nice UBUGSOFT.

20 20 20 20 means all weapons level up to 20 expertise level.

The 2020 old damage bug not fix til present which crossover with new expertise damage glitch in TU15. Devs just don’t care.
