The goal of this build is to have 3K skill power to be able to unlock skill haste mods for both Hive and Pulse skills.
This is a support DPS build that will allow you to deal decent damage to enemies while pulsing them for your teammates to deal even more damage to them. Stack as much skill power and skill haste where possible.
Division builder doesn't allow for placement of certain attributes. The Mask should have skill power and DTE, the knee pads can have either skill haste or skill power, and the holster should have both skill haste and skill power.
This is just a template and guide to give an idea.
