Tubular Worlds (PC) is a really good DOS 2D shooter published by Dongleware Verlags GmbH and developed by Creative Game Design. Although this shoot'em up game isn't as hard as Silver Surfer or Image Fight, Tubular Worlds is literally a tough and challenging game, because there are enemies in this game that fires lots of bullets and obstacles at you, and when you die, you go back to the checkpoint.

Thankfully, satellites and shields can help you survive better against enemy bullets, especially when you play this game in Hard mode. To gain a shield, collect 100 blue orbs. If the enemy bullets go to your satellites, you won't lose a shield, but if the enemy bullets go to your ship, you'll lose a shield. If the enemy bullets go to your ship without having shields left, you'll lose a life, and once you lose all your lives, the game is over.

The weapon powerups are Red, Green, and Blue, which are spread shots, straight shots, and side shots, respectively. Personally, I chose the red one, because I like to use the spread shots the most, just like I used the Red powerup in Raiden X. Additionally, the Missile is the secondary weapon in this game.
